About Patron Focus
Kaleidoscope (K-Scope) development began over 10 years ago, anticipating the build-out of the internet and evolution of the smart phone. It was developed by a group of engineers and marketers who have been working with casino player-tracking data since 1998.
COVID–19 validated that even the oldest of our player population is internet savvy and utilizes their devices to seek information, communicate with businesses, friends, and purchase goods. These older patrons are quite familiar with downloading apps and navigating the internet. COVID, as disruptive and devastating as it has been, has presented casinos an opportunity to reset; a chance to rethink everything from food & beverage, marketing offers to promotions and especially how they communicate with their players.
